DESCRIPTION:Registration for the 2025 Career & Internship Expo at Washburn University in Topeka\, KS is open! \nFees for the Career & Internship Expo begin at $175 for non-profits and $250 for for-profit businesses and you save $25 if you register by August 17. Join us to meet Washburn University students and Topeka job-seekers. In addition to job and internship seekers\, all first-year students have a course assignment to attend this event to engage with organization representatives. Attending this event is a fantastic opportunity for you to increase your brand on our campus and lay the foundation for future internship and job seekers\, as well as recruiting for your current opportunities. New name! Same great recruitment event! Join us for the second annual Career and Internship Expo at Washburn University. The expo is taking place on Wednesday\, September 17\, 2025 in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center at Washburn University. \nWelcome to recruiting at Washburn! Promote your organization and recruit full-time\, part-time\, and intern employees. Visit with Washburn students and alumni and members of the Topeka community. Increase your visibility on the WU campus! \nThis event will also be attended by students doing career research: finding out what employers are seeking\, what career fairs are all about\, and so forth. Career Engagement has partnered with Washburn University First Year Experience to ensure that all First-Year students at Washburn be present at the event. Please be patient and help them with their questions – they may be your job-seekers next time! We expect around 1000 students\, faculty\, staff\, and/or community members to be in attendance.\n2024 Career & Internship Expo By the Numbers \n\n121 Employers from over 30 different industries\n1227 students from a wide variety of majors\n\nLunch will be boxed sandwiches.
