The OU Spring Career Fair will be held at the Oklahoma Memorial Union 900 Asp Avenue, Norman, OK 73072.
The career fair is open to all OU students and alumni. Employers may enter a company profile and indicate whether they are recruiting for full-time or internship positions. Students will have online access to the company profile and recruiting specs before the career fair.
COST
For Profit – $700 Early Bird Rate; $800 After 1/12/2026
Government/Non-Profit 501C(3) – $500 Early Bird Rate; $600 After 1/12/2026

PAYMENT
Please make the registration charge, payable to the University of Oklahoma. Payment is due no later than January 28, 2026. Due to high demand for booth space at the career fair, the Career Center must receive your payment in full by February 4, 2026 or your registration will be canceled. Please keep this deadline in mind if you are paying by check. Contact the Career Center to make payment arrangements if extenuating circumstances will prevent you from paying in full by February 4, 2026. Cancelations after February 4th are nonrefundable. The issued refund amount will be the balance paid minus 5% due to credit card transaction fees. PLEASE NOTE: You will be billed after the event for any unregistered representatives who attend the career fair.
SHIPPING
If you are shipping your display and supplies in advance, clearly indicate to hold it for the “SPRING CAREER FAIR.” Please ship items for delivery between February 4-10, 2026. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A RETURN-SHIPPING LABEL. Items should be addressed to:

NEXT DAY INTERVIEWS
**PLEASE NOTE**: Next Day Interviews after the Spring Career Fair are intended to provide convenience to employers traveling from a distance to the Norman area. Next Day Interviews should not be used to gain early access (and extend early offers) to students.
Employers that are interested in holding interviews the next day will indicate so on their registration. Those who choose to interview candidates will be given a blank schedule with interview times listed, which can be filled with students selected from the career fair. These interviews will be held at:
