
2026 K-State All-University Career Fair
The All-University Career Fair is a three-day, multi-industry career fair that hosted over 390 companies and 4,000 students in 2025. We look forward to hosting you on campus as you #hireawildcat!

College-hosted Evening Events will be held during the week of the career fair. Additional fees are associated with each evening event. For more information, please see the

Next Day Interviews will be held on campus the day following each career fair day. Companies may register up to 3 interview tables in the K-State Union. One (1) complimentary parking validation is included per company/per interview day. Private interview spaces are reserved for Career Center Champions only. Registration & Fee Information
- Concourse Booth Registration | $750.00 per day
These booths will be located on the main concourse of Bramlage Coliseum. Includes one 8′ table and two chairs in a 10′ x 5′ booth space. Booth fee does not include any representatives. An additional booth may be purchased for $750.00.
- Floor Booth Registration | $550.00 per day
These booths will be located down on the floor of Bramlage Coliseum. Includes one 8′ table and two chairs upon request. Booth fee does not include any representatives. An additional booth may be purchased for $550.00.
- Government and Non-Profit Booth Registration | $350.00 per day
Includes one 8′ table and two chairs upon request. Booth fee does not include any representatives. An additional booth may be purchased for $550.00.
- Representative Registration | $50.00 per representative. Limit 5 representatives per table
Includes one lunch ticket, free parking (no pass needed), Wi-Fi access, space accommodations for Next Day Interviews (if requested), photocopier access, continental breakfast, and fresh cookies from the K-State Bakery Science Club. An Additional Booth type must be purchased to bring more than 5 representatives.
- Electrical Access | $50.00 per booth
Includes access to one electrical outlet per booth. Extension cords not provided.
- White Linen Tablecloth | $0.00 per booth
Includes a complimentary white tablecloth.
Registrations for the career fair, evening events, and next day interviews are processed here through Handshake. Please allow up to 2 business days for Career Center staff to review and approve your registration. After approval, an email containing the invoice and employer information packet will be sent only to the individual that created the career fair registration.

Payment Information
We accept payment via Credit Card, Check, and Interfund. We cannot accept payments over the phone and apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Please submit payment for your registration no later than the first day of the career fair on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Failure to submit payment by this date may result in an additional late charge of $100.00.
Changes to your registration may be requested by emailing Jodi Swendson at [email protected]. The deadline to remove items from your registration is Friday, August 28, 2026. After this date, all fees reflected on the invoice must be paid no later than the first day of the career fair on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
Submission of the online registration automatically triggers acknowledgement of your organization’s financial obligation for all fees associated with this event. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to pay for any additional costs accrued the day of the career fair, including extra attendees that were not pre-registered. Cancellation Policy
Please submit all cancellation requests via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received prior to Friday, August 28, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted after this date and companies who do not show up to the event will be responsible for full payment of their career fair fees.
