About the event
Please join us for the 2026 Career and Internship Expo taking place on Wednesday, February 11th. This event draws students from all majors and education levels (first-year through graduate). Students are looking to start their careers post-graduation, build their professional networks, and explore future careers across a wide variety of industries.
Event Information
Date: Wednesday, February 11th
Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Early Bird Registration Fee (ending December 1st)
Standard Registration: $425 (increasing to $475)
Nonprofit/Government Early Bird: $250 (increasing to $300)
Location: Kansas Memorial Union, Lawrence Campus
General Fair Information:
- Two representatives are included in the registration fee. Two additional representatives may be added, with an additional $50/per rep fee.
- Each employer/organization will have an assigned table (6-foot length) where they can meet with students to hand out information and discuss current openings.
- You may bring displays and other promotional materials for your table, but there is no space for floor displays.
- If you need electricity, please be sure to make that selection on the registration form.
- Parking and other essential details will be provided via email a week prior to the event.

Blue Level Featured Employer – $250
- Logo and Booth on rotating screen in KS Union
- Company website and short bio on event page (career.ku.edu/events)
- One day-of social media post on select platforms
Crimson Level Featured Employer – $500
- Blue Level benefits, plus:

- One social media post before the event
- Registration Included ($475 value)
