Registration & Fees (Per Day)
- Corporate Employers: $575*
- Government/Non-Profit Employers, UN System Entities: $275*
- Electricity: $50
- Additional Representative: $30 (Maximum of 4 total Representatives per Booth)
*Registration fee includes one table, two chairs, lunch, and parking for 2 representatives. Please contact us for double/additional booth availability. Booth placement is determined on a first-paid, first-served basis, so the sooner your invoice is settled, the better your spot will be!

Due to limited space, we unfortunately cannot offer all employers access to day-after interview space following these fairs. We encourage you to host interviews virtually or off-campus at times that work best for you and your candidates. If you are interested in on-campus space, please contact Career Services, as availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Employers with outstanding invoices will not be permitted to attend our Spring career fairs. Please settle any balances due before registering by reaching out to [email protected]. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. As a reminder, any unpaid pending registrations will be subject to adjustment and/or cancellation to accommodate employers on our waitlist.
