Additional Recruiter Fee: $25.00 per additional recruiter beyond 2 recruiters
Electricity Fee: $10.00
NOTE: Power is only available around the perimeter of the room and availability is limited
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: February 27th, 2026.
All Employers must register through Handshake.
Terms of Payment:
DUE DATE: Before or by the event date of Wednesday, March 4th, 2026.
Late Fees: $20.00 will be added to your balance for payments not received on or before Wednesday, March 4th, 2026.
Payment Accepted By: Purchase Order, Check or Credit Card. You may pay your invoice by Credit Card online by going HERE.
Disclaimer: No refunds will be given after February 25th, 2026. No refunds will be given to organizations who pay but do not attend the day of the event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. No refunds will be given due to low candidate participation. Districts who register but do not pay and do not attend will be restricted from attending future fairs/events until payment is received.
