The ESSDACK Career Expo dates and times have changed to Wednesday, Oct. 29th, and Thursday, Oct. 30th.
Day 1 is open 8:30 am -2:30 pm, and Day 2 is open 8:30 am -1:00 pm.
We will not collect your full booth details at this time. You will provide a booth quantity for billing purposes, and on August 1st, we will collect booth details that will be shared with participating students.
Booth Pricing:
$50 one-time fee per organization/business
$200 per booth space, first 5 spaces
$50 per booth space, after first 5 spaces
Booth size is roughly 12ft x 12ft
Payment is due prior to the event date, Oct. 29th, 2025
Table/chairs are included with each booth
Electricity is included
WiFi internet access is included
Student contact sharing app is included
Your sponsorship allows ALL Students to attend for FREE!
