You are invited to meet with FHSU students during the upcoming Ag Career Fair event. The fair offers you the opportunity to meet students, find interns, and future career employees.
Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Memorial Union, Fort Hays Ballroom
Registration ($50) includes:
- One six-foot table, two chairs, table cover (if needed), and light refreshments
- Campus-wide promotional exposure through flyers, posters, e-mail messages, faculty announcements, classroom presentations, and the FHSU Career Development website
- Complimentary wireless internet
- Please bring your business displays and banners, flyers, business cards, promotional items, etc.
Schedule of Events:
1:00-1:45 p.m. | Employer Check-In & Set-Up
2:00-4:00 p.m. | Job Fair Open to Students
4:00 p.m. | Exhibits and booths dismantled
Invoicing | You will be contacted via email once you are confirmed to attend this event. Your confirmation email will contain an invoice and payment options for the event.

If your organization has materials and/or displays to be returned, leave them with a Career Development employee. The only thing we ask of you is to have the shipping forms attached to the materials and/or display containers.
Driving Directions/Lodging/Dining | Driving directions and information on lodging and dining are available at https://www.fhsu.edu/career/travelinfo/index.
Parking | Parking is available in Lot A2 (across from the Memorial Union) and Lot A3 (behind Stroup Hall/President’s House). No parking permit is needed. You can unload your displays/boxes of materials at the circle drive before parking. We will have students to help carry your materials upstairs.
Cancellations and Refunds | If your organization chooses to cancel or is unable to attend after registration is approved, please notify our office no later than Thursday, September 3, 2026, in order to receive a full refund of your attendance fee. Refunds will not be permitted after this date.
