An interactive networking event designed to connect employers with talented students eager to explore career opportunities. During this event, students from the Lift-Off Navigator class—who are required to attend—will engage in meaningful conversations with employers to learn more about various industries and career paths. As part of their professional development, these students will deliver elevator pitches, after which employers will provide constructive feedback through a brief evaluation form. The event is also open to all students, ensuring a broad and diverse pool of potential candidates. With a captive audience from the Lift-Off class and lunch provided, this is a valuable opportunity to engage with future professionals, share insights about your organization, and identify emerging talent.
