Who should attend the in-person Education Career Fair?
- Representative from schools, hospitals, mental health clinics, senior centers, government agencies, private practices, prisons, military, corporations seeking to hire social workers, education students, counseling, and human behavior majors.
CAREER FAIR REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 2 Representatives, 6-foot display table, two chairs, lunch and parking.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Standard Registration fee: $450 | Non-profit & government registration fee: $300
Early Bird Registration Fee: $350 | Non-profit & government registration fee $250 – Early bird pricing available through December 31, 2025.
Up to 4 additional representatives may be added to your registration for $30 per person.
DEADLINES
- Registration Deadline: January 20, 2026 by 5pm CST
- Payments for all registrations are due by January 31, 2026
- Non-refundable registration fee after January 27, 2026
DRESS CODE
Employers are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear company-branded apparel. Students are encouraged to dress professionally, but it is not a requirement to attend.

Refund Policy:
Non-refundable registration fee after January 27, 2026. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued if your organization registered but did not participate in the event. All fees must be paid in full, no later than January 31, 2026.
