The 2026 Just in Time Fair is taking place on Tuesday, April 21st. This event draws students from all majors and education levels (first-year through graduate) who are looking to start their careers post-graduation, build their professional networks, and explore future careers across a wide variety of industries.
Please Note: Participation in the 2026 Just in Time Fair requires current and active recruitment for at least one job or internship. These opportunities must have a start date in 2026 and must be posted on Handshake. Registrations for employers without current Handshake job postings will be placed on a waiting list.

Time: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Registration Fee: $150
Nonprofit/Government: $125
On-Campus: Fee Waived
Location: Kansas Memorial Union, Lawrence Campus
General Fair Information:
- Two representatives are included in the registration fee. Two additional representatives may be added, with an additional $50/per rep fee.
- Each employer/organization will have an assigned table (6-foot length) where they can meet with students to hand out information and discuss current openings.
- You may bring displays and other promotional materials for your table, but there is no space for floor displays.
- Treats are welcome, but please ensure that they are individual and pre-packaged.
- Parking and other essential details will be provided via email a week prior to the event. Parking will not be available for on-campus organizations.
