Registration for the 2026 Spring Career Fair at Washburn University in Topeka is now open!
Fees for the Spring Career Fair begin at $175 for non-profits and $250 for for-profit businesses and you can save $25 with the early registration discount if you sign up by January 18. Join us to meet Washburn University students and Topeka job-seekers.
NOTE: This is our only career fair for the spring semester. This is the event for all employers, graduate programs (internal and external), and K-12 school districts.
If circumstances dictate that we limit the number of participating employers, the cut-off will be determined by the registration date.

About the Event:
Join us for our Spring Career Fair at Washburn University. This event is for ALL TYPES of employers and is the ONLY Career Fair taking place at Washburn University in Spring 2026. The fair is taking place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in the newly remodeled Lee Arena at Washburn University.
Welcome to recruiting at Washburn! Promote your organization and recruit full-time, part-time, and intern employees. Visit with Washburn students and alumni and members of the Topeka community. Increase your visibility on the WU campus!
This event will also be attended by students doing career research: finding out what employers are seeking, what career fairs are all about, and so forth. Career Engagement has partnered with Washburn University First Year Experience to ensure that all students in a first-year seminar course be present. Please be patient and help them with their questions – they may be your part-time job-seekers this time or your internship-seekers next time! We expect around 300 students, faculty, staff, and/or community members to be in attendance.
