Recruitment Strategy
The Statewide Teacher Recruitment Pilot Project is part of the grant for Educate Kansas. It involves collecting data in the areas of Community, Teacher Engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for leaders to make data based decisions on their teacher recruitment strategies. The support that follows the data collection process will include strategies to engage community stakeholders in actively recruiting teachers for your system. The following link is an interest form. The pilot project will begin Fall 2021 and the whole project will be available to all Kansas School Systems by Fall 2022.
