Through our Educate Kansas website, districts gain access to tools and services that help them effectively market open positions, streamline hiring processes, and connect with qualified candidates statewide. The platform allows employers to post vacancies, manage applications, and promote their district in a centralized, educator-focused system.

Beyond job postings, Educate Kansas provides FREE district coaching to help school leaders analyze staffing data, refine recruitment strategies, and improve retention efforts. Districts also have access to professional development opportunities that support staff growth and leadership development. In addition, Educate Kansas offers marketing services to elevate district visibility, strengthen branding, and highlight what makes each community unique to prospective educators.

Employer Resources also include support around workforce trends, high-need areas, and strategic planning tools that help districts make informed decisions about staffing and long-term sustainability.

Educate Kansas has created a platform for the purpose of sharing certified positions between districts and/or interlocals and cooperatives. If you have a position that you are only utilizing part of an FTE or you are in need of finding a part time FTE, this platform will support both opportunities.
