Registration for the 2025 Spring Career Fair at Washburn University in Topeka is now open!
Fees for the Spring Career Fair begin at $175 for non-profits and $250 for for-profit businesses and you can save $25 with the early registration discount if you sign up by January 20. Join us to meet Washburn University students and Topeka job-seekers.
NOTE: This is our only career fair for the spring semester. This is the event for all employers, graduate programs, and K-12 school districts.

Career fair description
Welcome to in-person recruiting at Washburn! Promote your organization and recruit full-time, part-time, and intern employees or potential graduate students. Visit with Washburn students and alumni, students of other area colleges and universities, and members of the Topeka community. Increase your visibility on the WU campus! Wednesday, February 19th 2025, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
This event will also be attended by students doing career research: finding out what employers are seeking, what career fairs are all about, and so forth. Please be patient and help them with their questions – they may be your job-seekers next time! This is our only career fair for the Spring 2025 semester; it is open to all employers, graduate programs, and K-12 districts.

Lunch will be a buffet. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the catering order to accommodate individual dietary requests.
If circumstances dictate that we limit the number of participating employers, the cut-off will be determined by the registration date.
