You are invited to the Teacher Exploration and Employment Fair at Fort Hays State University. The fair offers you the opportunity to meet FHSU students and find interns and future career employees.
Date: Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Memorial Union, Fort Hays Ballroom and Black & Gold Room
Registration ($50) includes:
- One six-foot table, chairs, tablecloth, and light refreshments
- Campus-wide promotional exposure through flyers, posters, e-mail, classroom presentations, social media, and the Career Services website
- Wireless internet
- Feel free to bring business displays and banners, flyers, business cards, snacks, giveaways, etc.
Invoicing | You will be contacted via email once you are confirmed to attend this event. Your confirmation email will contain an invoice and payment options for the event.
Schedule of Events:
9:00-9:45 a.m. | Employer Check-In & Set-Up
10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Job Fair Open to Students
12:00 p.m. | Exhibits and booths dismantled
12:00-1:00 p.m. | Break for Lunch (No meal provided)
12:00-3:00 p.m. | (optional) In-person interviews/discussions with students
Cancellations and Refunds | If your organization chooses to cancel or is unable to attend after registration is approved, please notify our office no later than Wednesday, February 5, 2025 in order to receive a full refund of your attendance fee. Refunds will not be permitted after this date.

If your organization has materials and/or displays to be returned, leave them with a Career Services employee. The only thing we ask of you is to have the shipping forms attached to the materials and/or display containers.

Parking | Parking is available in Lot A2 (across from the Memorial Union) and Lot A3 (behind Stroup Hall/President’s House).
No parking permit is needed. You can unload your displays/boxes of materials at the circle drive before parking. We will have students to help carry your materials upstairs.
